Friday 19th January 2024 - Sunday 21st January 

Our idyllic lakeside house is the setting for your weekend.  Take part in revitalising Pilates sessions and immersive breath work classes in our cosy yurt or studio. Unwind with a hot stones massage in the spa. Engage in fireside conversations, guided sea dips (optional) and sauna sessions run by Revive Wild Sauna as well as tranquil nature walks.   Enjoy heartwarming meals and soothing drinks and have the opportunity to assess and revitalise your health and energy with a 1-1 session with our nutritionist. 

Our retreat is suitable for all levels of Pilates experience, and all ages.  You do not need any prior experience of cold water dips.

  • Spa treatments longer than 30 mins. Extended sessions can be booked at an additional cost

  • Alcoholic drinks; you are welcome to bring your own

Location

The retreat is located at Silverlake in Dorset. The private estate was formerly the site of RAF Warmwell and has been transformed into a stunning space built around waterways and nature reserves. It is situated near the Jurassic Coast, allowing for easy access to the beautiful coastal scenery. It is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Oxted and London. Alternatively, we can arrange transport from Moreton station, which is just 2 miles away.

Accommodation

During your stay, you will be accommodated in one of our modern houses. There are just 8 spaces available. 

House 1: White Nothe is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury lakeside house. The house features two twin rooms, two king rooms, and one double room. Comfy sofas surround a woodturning stove and a separate lounge with views over the lake offer ideal spots to relax.

House 2: The Hideaway is a contemporary, three bedroom, open plan house with a warm and inviting log burner as the focal point of the living room.  Guests have the option of two king bedrooms and one single room.  This house boasts a relaxing hot tub, which allows guests from both properties to unwind under the night sky.

Pilates & Breathwork Teacher: Aileen Ross

Aileen is an experienced Pilates matwork & Reformer instructor, Aileen has been teaching both group and one-to-one Pilates in Surrey since 2008. Her classes focus on balancing strength with mobility and she will help you find your equilibrium both on and off the mat.   Classes will provide a full body experience that strengthens you from the inside out through breathing, lengthening and opening; setting you up for the days activity.

Helen and her team are dedicated to supporting women through all life stages from trying to conceive, to nurturing gut health, navigating a healthy menopause and embracing vibrant ageing. On the retreat, Helen will be running nutrition workshops designed to help you balance your blood sugars and boost your energy levels. She will also be offering 30 minute health coaching sessions to discuss your health objectives - after completing a health and energy check she will help you gain clarity and direction on your goals.
