Aileen Ross

Aileen is a fully qualified and insured Sports and Rehabilitation Therapist and Pilates Instructor. In 2008, she made the decision to leave the corporate world and subsequently graduated from Middlesex University with a first class honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention.

A passionate sportswoman, Aileen has worked for Oxted Hockey Club, Crockenhill FC and Kent Exiles American Football Club. She now works at Halos Clinic, Centre of Complementary Healthcare in Oxted.

Aileen is an experienced Pilates matwork instructor, having trained and qualified at the Kane School (now Kinected) in New York in 2005. She has a special interest in core stability, injury and post natal rehabilitation and postural re-education. Aileen has been teaching both group and one-to-one Pilates in Surrey since 2008. Aileen completed her Reformer training in 2018 and offers private Reformer sessions at Halos Clinic.

In her free time, Aileen loves to spend time with her family and friends cycling, playing tennis and golf and also practicing yoga. She helped to set up the Holland Sports Get Fit Club, a not-for-profit club aimed at adults hoping to improve their fitness and well-being.

Aileen is fully insured and is a member of The Society of Sports Therapists (MSST) and The British Association of Rehabilitators and Athletic Trainers (BASRaT).
