Join us for a feel-good morning designed to help you slow down, move your body, and connect with yourself and others. In celebration of National Walking Month and inspired by the #WalkOut campaign, this special event invites women to step outside for their wellbeing, enjoyment, and a little time to simply breathe.

MOVE • RELAX • REJUVENATE

We’ll begin with a relaxed community walk through the beautiful surroundings of Master Park, followed by a gentle and uplifting Pilates class suitable for all abilities. Afterwards, stay for a coffee, healthy snack, and the chance to connect with like-minded women in a warm and welcoming space. Whether you come on your own or with a friend, this is your invitation to press pause, enjoy some mindful movement, and start the day feeling refreshed.

9:00am Meet
9:15am Community Walk (approx. 40 minutes, gentle-to-moderate pace)
10:15am Pilates Class (45 minutes)
Followed by coffee & a healthy snack

📍 The Park Hub, Master Park, Oxted

Open to all abilities, although participants should feel comfortable walking for approximately 40 minutes at a gentle-to-moderate pace.

Although this event is free, places are limited and booking is essential.
