With exclusive use for just 8 guests, our luxurious lakeside accommodation provides the ideal setting for rest and rejuvenation. You will have access to all the amenities you need to enhance your stay, including a heated outdoor pool and spa. To help you relax further, we have included a 30 minute spa treatment in the price of your retreat.

Throughout your stay, you will have the opportunity to participate in Pilates and mindful movement sessions with Aileen. In addition to Pilates and yoga sessions, the following activities are included:

These activities allow you to connect to nature, breathe in the fresh air and appreciate the stunning scenery that surrounds you. 

The retreat menu is delicious and nourishing, designed in conjunction with Helen Moynihan from Venus Nutrition and prepared by local chefs.  

At the end of your weekend, you will feel more inspired, rested and connected, enabling you to step back into your life with a renewed vigour and clarity.

Location

The retreat is located at Silverlake in Dorset. The private estate was formerly the site of RAF Warmwell and has been transformed into a stunning space built around waterways and nature reserves. It is situated near the Jurassic Coast, allowing for easy access to the beautiful coastal scenery. It is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Oxted and London. Alternatively, we can arrange transport from Moreton station, which is just 2 miles away.

Accommodation

During your stay, you will be accommodated in a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury lakeside house. The house features two twin rooms, two king rooms, and one double room. Additionally, the house boasts its own private jetty, providing direct access to the water for activities like paddle boarding or wild swimming.

There is also a fantastic games room in the house, equipped with a pool table, a dartboard, and a TV. Comfortable sofas and beanbags are available for relaxation and a balcony overlooks the lake, offering an ideal spot for observing the abundant birdlife on the water.

Retreat Leader & Pilates Teacher: Aileen Ross

Aileen is an experienced Pilates matwork & Reformer instructor, Aileen has been teaching both group and one-to-one Pilates in Surrey since 2008. Her classes focus on balancing strength with mobility and she will help you find your equilibrium both on and off the mat.   Classes will provide a full body experience that strengthens you from the inside out through breathing, lengthening and opening; setting you up for the days activity.

Helen and her team are dedicated to supporting women through all life stages from trying to conceive, to nurturing gut health, navigating a healthy menopause and embracing vibrant ageing. On the retreat, Helen will be running nutrition workshops designed to help you balance your blood sugars and boost your energy levels. She will also be offering 30 minute health coaching sessions to discuss your health objectives - after completing a health and energy check she will help you gain clarity and direction on your goals.

Yoga Teacher: Toni Franklin

Toni fell in love with yoga, aged 15, and strongly believes yoga is a journey of self-discovery. Her classes are a fusion of dynamic vinyasa and restorative practices, tailored to help you find strength, flexibility, and inner peace. She has been teaching since 2016 and is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your potential. Toni is passionate about creating a welcoming space for all levels to explore their practice. Expect a blend of mindful movement and breathwork, designed to help you find balance and connection.

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, props such as soft ball, spikes ball, resistance bands if you have them, clothes for exercising in, walking shoes/trainers, water bottle, waterproof jacket, swimming costume, rash vest or wetsuit (can be provided) for paddle boarding, sun lotion, sun hat, towel for the pool (towels in the house are provided). We will provide shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and hairdryers.
