About Aileen Ross

Aileen is a Graduate Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist specializing in rehabilitation and Pilates.
She will support you from injury through to full fitness, whether for sport or for life in general.
She can also help you prevent future injury or prepare you for surgery.

Aileen works closely with her colleagues at Halos Clinic to treat your injury and design a tailored rehab programme. Where appropriate, we will introduce exercise rehab alongside Pilates to maximize your recovery.
